Like mother, like daughter!
Cindy Crawfords 14-year-old daughter, Kaia Gerber, just landed her first major shion campaign for Los Angeles jewelry brand Chrome Hearts -- and wow, she looks gorgeous.
In the first ads, which were shared on the designers Instagram page, the stunning teen seems to be channeling her model mama while rocking a blue trench coat, tons of cool baubles and a blue hose. Another snapshot shows Kaia modeling a pair of cool shades as she works the camera and shows off her killer cheekbones and long locks.
According to CR Fashion Book, these photos were taken by the companys co-owner, Laurie Lynn Stark, a longtime mily friend of the Crawford mily. She wanted to capture a youthful, yet timeless spirit for the Spring 2016 campaign.
Gerber is already a name for herself in the shion world, gorgeously gracing the pages of Teen Vogue, Vogue Italia and CR Fashion Book.
While her mother has been a fixture in the industry for decades, Cindy is worried that daughter will be ce new obstacles as the industry continues to change.
Today, models are expected to be so tiny and I worry about that for her, because that was never my natural body type and I dont think itll be hers either, Crawford recently told Net-a-Porters The Edit. Still, Ill say to her, Enjoy carbs while you can!
Kaias blossoming into such a beautiful young woman and I really want to let her shine, she continued. I dont want her to feel in competition with me, although Ill tease her, and say, You have my old hair give it back! Or, Give me back my legs! But shell be fine Shes much more together and worldly than I was at her age.
